Dr. Eruani Azibapu Godbless CFR (born 1973) is a Nigerian billionaire businessman who owns the Azikel Group conglomerate, companies in the business of Dredging, Petroleum Refining, Power Generation, Aviation, Construction and Engineering. A medical doctor by training, Dr. Eruani has journeyed over the course of his adult life through work careers in civil/public service, the oil and gas industry and politics. Today, he is a successful business owner and celebrated entrepreneur.

An expert in Change Management, Presley Asemota has more than 20 years of executive experience. Prior to joining Azikel Group, Mr. Asemota played an important role as Operations Manager in the 2010 restructuring of the London Underground Limited, where he facilitated the training of more than 10,000 personnel following the restructuring exercise and also supervised the execution of the immense project.

Ms. Rufina Ajalie manages the Human Resources, Finance and Administration Departments for Azikel Group. She has more than 14 years’ experience in being “a change agent” – successfully contributing to the transformation of various organizations both in the Private and Public Sectors of the Nigerian economy.

RICHARD HOWARTH

DIRECTOR, STRATEGY AND INVESTMENT

Richard Howarth holds an M.B.A. degree covering business and management, and has a diploma in CIFS Financial Studies. As an expert in Business Turnaround, he established himself in the areas of wealth creation/portfolio management, strategy development and execution, operational and supervisory oversight, recruitment and graduate development, relationship management and high computer literacy.

GABRIEL OLUSEGUN AREMU

Segun Aremu was born in Iloffa, Kwara State, Nigeria, on November 9, 1967. A 1988 Economics graduate of the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Nigeria, he also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Mr. Aremu is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He graduated with a second-class upper degree and won the Best Student award at ICAN’s examination in 1993.

UGOCHUKWU NZEOCHA

CHIEF PROJECT ENGINEER

Ugochukwu Nzeocha has more than 10 years’ experience in management of Marine Operations in the Oil and Gas sector. He is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from Federal University of Engineering & Technology, Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria, with certifications in Health, Safety and Environment; Basic Fire-fighting and Prevention. He is an excellent Project Management Professional, and a registered member of Nigerian Society of Engineers.
