Ms. Rufina Ajalie manages the Human Resources, Finance and Administration Departments for Azikel Group. She has more than 14 years’ experience in being “a change agent” – successfully contributing to the transformation of various organizations both in the Private and Public Sectors of the Nigerian economy. Ms. Ajalie has an excellent background in Human Resources/Administration Management, with marked experience in developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating programs involving Applicant Screening; Employee Orientation, Evaluation and Placement; Safety Training and Reward/Benefits Planning. Over the years, she has developed expertise in Business Consulting and Advisory Services, Strategic Policy Formulation and Review, Organizational Structure Design and Realignment, Finance Management, Change Management, Training Needs Assessment and Recruitment (head-hunting).

Ms. Ajalie has worked for a variety of local and leading foreign organizations. She is actively interested in implementing people-management strategies that can effectively deliver on attracting, developing, managing and retaining talent, as well as creating an enabling environment for high performance. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Education (University of Ibadan, 2001), a Master’s degree in Health Education (University of Ibadan, 2004).
